Background: In order to enhance the operation ability of our employees, show the overall strength of the company, expand our circle of friends, and enhance the development of alibaba international site users in suzhou area, our company participated in this activity;  

Process: A total of operation elites from six companies participated in the competition. Each contestant came to the stage one by one and talked about their opinions on Alibaba International Station, their own operation methods and how to find and solve problems when encountering difficulties.  Each contestant has only 25 minutes to speak, after which the judges will give scores. The top three will enter the final.  

Harvest: Through this competition, I realized the gap between myself and other companies, and also realized my own ability defects.
