1.Specification. Such as thread diameter, length, pitch, head diameter, head thickness, tolerance, R Angle and other dimensions to meet the production needs. Customers usually provide drawings to mark these parameters clearly. Screw manufacturers must be produced according to the production drawings, and the specifications and dimensions of each part of the screw should be in accordance with the requirements of the drawings, which is the most basic requirements for a qualified non-standard screw.
2.Material, different materials have different mechanical properties, although the material can be selected according to customer requirements, but the production process sometimes will be limited to the material. For example, stainless steel 304 is not suitable for lathe work, SUS303 is not suitable for cold heading and so on.

3.Surface treatment, hardening heat treatment, salt spray test and other requirements. Surface treatments include electroplating, electrophoresis, blackening, dacromet, zinc-nickel plated, etc. Salt spray tests range from 24 hours to 1000 hours. Standard screw appearance surface requirements should be smooth without burrs, generally the better screw fastener surface is uniform thread, appearance without burrs;
4.Production process, the process has a variety of processing methods such as cold heading, CNC, the different production methods to make the screw tolerance and surface finishment is not the same.
