2. The medium temperature compressive strength is good, and the application temperature is several hundred degrees higher than that of aluminum alloy profiles. It can still maintain the specified compressive strength at a medium level of temperature, and can be used for long-term work at a temperature of 450 to 500 ℃.
3. Good corrosion resistance. Titanium screws will produce a layer of uniformly high-density air oxide film on the surface of the air, which has the ability to resist the corrosion of a variety of substances. It has excellent corrosion resistance in reducing and neutralizing substances, and even more excellent corrosion resistance in sea, wet hydrogen and fluoride aqueous solutions. But in oxidizing substances, such as sulfuric acid and other aqueous solutions, the corrosion resistance of titanium is weak.
4. Titanium screws have good ultra-low temperature characteristics, and titanium with very low void elements can maintain the necessary plastic deformation at -253°C.
5. Titanium screws have low elastic molds, low thermal conductivity, and no ferromagnetic materials; high strength; poor punching mold capabilities, and excellent thermosetting plastics.
